Your Story

The stories of families who lived at 97 Orchard Street are the stories of millions of immigrants to the United States. Help the Museum continue sharing the immigrant experience with hundreds of thousands of visitors each year by including us in your will. All bequests are invested in the Museum's endowment, which will allow us to educate and engage future generations in perpetuity.

Donors who indicate that they have named the Museum in their estate plans will be recognized as members of the Museum's Legacy Society, and are invited to free tours and special events throughout the year. I give, devise and bequeath to the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, a non-profit educational and charitable organization whose mailing address is 91 Orchard Street, New York, NY 10002, xxx percent of my estate (or, the sum of $xxx; or , xxx percent of the residue of my estate) to support the Museum's endowment (or indicate a specific program or operating activity).
