As an adult Erin was diagnosed with wheat and dairy allergies so she spent much of her time baking vegan goods to satisfy her sweet tooth. After receiving compliments and requests from co-workers and family Erin realized other allergy suffers felt her pain, so she mixed up a recipe to keep the taste of homemade baked items that would be a treat for everyone.
