Tenement Kitchens: Adaptation in America

Tour the Tenement and explore the kitchens of two neighbors in the year 1916: the Confino family, who immigrated from present-day Greece, and the Rogarshevkys from Lithuania. This program will conclude with a tasting of a Confino family recipe and discussion led by culinary history and New York Times profiled author, Sarah Lohman.

Save by purchasing Tenement Kitchens as a series! While the March 22nd event is sold out, you may purchase tickets for the three remaining dates at a discounted rate of $75. In order to take advantage of this offer, please contact the Museum Call Center at (877) 975-3786.
